Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An application under section 40F for an unexplained wealth restraining order may be made in relation to serious criminal activity whether that activity occurred before or after the commencement of section 16 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014 .
(2) An application under section 40F for an unexplained wealth restraining order may be made on the basis that property has not been lawfully acquired whether that property was acquired before or after the commencement of section 16 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014 .
