Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a charge on land registered under section 72(5) has been recorded for at least 28 days, the Minister may serve a notice of intention to sell the land on all persons recorded in the Register kept under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 as having an interest in the land.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must—
(a) be in writing and contain the prescribed particulars; and
(b) be served on each person.
