Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) For the purposes of section 147A, the Head, Recycling Victoria, by instrument, may issue a protocol for determining an amount of monetary benefit.
(2) An instrument issued under subsection (1)—
(a) may provide for the information, process, calculation or method to be used in determining a monetary benefit; and
(b) must be published on the Department's website.
