CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 274

Right of appeal against conviction

        A person convicted of an offence by an originating court may appeal to the Court of Appeal against the conviction on any ground of appeal if the Court of Appeal gives the person leave to appeal.
