Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On an appeal under this Part, the Court of Appeal may set aside or vary an ancillary order, if the court is satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to do so.
(2) In this section—
"ancillary order" means an order (other than the order that is the subject of the appeal) made by the originating court in the proceeding or by the Court of Appeal on an earlier appeal.
