DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1981 - SECT 80B

    (1)     A person must not display a cocaine kit in a retail outlet.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.

    (2)     In this section, "retail outlet" includes—

        (a)     a shop;

        (b)     a market.
