Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) All other costs awarded by the Court of Disputed Returns, including any balance above the deposit payable by the petitioner, are recoverable as if the order of the Court were a judgment of the Supreme Court.
(2) The order may be entered as a judgment of the Supreme Court and enforced accordingly.
