ELECTORAL ACT 2002 - SECT 134

Who may dispute an election

An election may be disputed under section 133 by—

        (a)     a candidate for the election in dispute; or

        (b)     a person who was entitled to vote at the election in dispute; or

        (c)     the Commission.
