Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commission may determine procedures in relation to the lodging of disclosure returns and annual returns.
(2) Procedures under subsection (1) must be
published by the Commission on its Internet
site.
(3) A disclosure return or an annual return lodged in accordance with procedures determined under subsection (1) is to be taken to have been provided to the Commission in accordance with this Act.
