Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to a document that is in the possession of any person or body to the extent to which the document discloses information that relates to the performance of the duties and functions or the exercise of the powers of the IBAC or an authorised IBAC Officer.
(2) In this section, "document "has the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Act 1982 .
