The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill to facilitate the transfer of certain pipelines in connection with the transfer and operation of the Heatane gas business of the Gas and Fuel Corporation of Victoria, to amend the Gas and Fuel Corporation Act 1958 and for other purposes.".
