Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe purposes of this Act are—
(a) to provide for the transfer of a pipeline in connection with the transfer of the Heatane gas business of the Gas and Fuel Corporation of Victoria, and for another pipeline which is to be retained by that Corporation, and for certain rights, privileges and obligations over land in connection with those pipelines; and
(b) to amend the Gas and Fuel Corporation Act 1958 concerning the creation of easements in favour of that Corporation.
