Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On the Minister's recommendation the Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may—
(a) approve the statement and agreement lodged under section 9; and
(b) specify the land to be burdened by the statutory easement by reference to the plans referred to in Schedule 1 and 2; and
(c) approve the transfer of the Heatane pipeline to Elgas on the terms and conditions agreed between the Corporation and Elgas.
(2) An Order under subsection (1) comes into operation on the date of publication of the Order in the Government Gazette or on any later day specified in the Order.
