Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations that were commenced against a public body before its dissolution, or that could have been commenced against a public body if not for its dissolution, may be continued or commenced against its successor if the successor is a public body.
(2) In this section—
"public body" has the same meaning as in the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 .
