INTERPRETATION OF LEGISLATION ACT 1984 - SECT 38H

In an Act or subordinate instrument—

"Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Victoria)" means the provisions applying because of section 4 of the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013 .
