INTERPRETATION OF LEGISLATION ACT 1984 - SECT 38I

In an Act or a subordinate instrument—

"Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria)" means the provisions applying because of section 4 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application Act 2013 .
