INTERPRETATION OF LEGISLATION ACT 1984 - SECT 38K

References to Co-operatives National Law

In an Act or subordinate instrument—

"Co-operatives National Law (Victoria)" means the provisions applying because of section 4(1) of the Co-operatives National Law Application Act 2013 .
