INTERPRETATION OF LEGISLATION ACT 1984 - SECT 38L

References to the Legal Profession Uniform Law

In an Act or subordinate legislation—

"Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria)" means the provisions applying because of section 4 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014 .
