LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 146DB

A licensee or permittee may consult with a police officer in relation to any of the following—

        (a)     the development of a liquor accord;

        (b)     the enforcement of a liquor accord;

        (c)     any other action relating to a liquor accord.
