(1) A registered active employer must give the registrar written notice of any change of the information referred to in section 8(a) , (b), (c), (d) or (e) relating to the employer within 14 days after the change happens.
Penalty: In the case of an individual, 6 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 30 penalty units.

(2) A registered active employer who ceases to be an employer for a covered industry must give the registrar written notice within 14 days of so ceasing.
Penalty: In the case of an individual, 6 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 30 penalty units.

(3) Written notice under this section may be given in any manner approved by the registrar.
