Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a dispute arises between the Link corporation and a Utility as to the cost of relocation or rectification of Utility infrastructure, the Link corporation or the Utility may refer the matter to the Minister and the Utility Minister for determination under Subdivision 7.
