MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 - SECT 491

If the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission decides not to conduct an investigation hearing in an investigation under this Part, the Commission—

        (a)     may take oral or written submissions; and

        (b)     may serve an investigation notice; and

        (c)     must keep a record of all submissions given before the Commission and any decisions made by the Commission.
