(1) If the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission decides to conduct an investigation hearing in an investigation under this Part, the Commission, at least 10 business days before the date on which the investigation hearing is to commence, must give written notice of the investigation hearing—
(a) in the case of an investigation of a complaint—to each party to the complaint; or
(b) in the case of a referred investigation, an own initiative investigation or a follow up investigation—to a mental health and wellbeing service provider that is the subject of the investigation.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must—
(a) specify the date on which the investigation hearing is to commence; and
(b) specify the place at which the investigation hearing is to be held.
