MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 - SECT 837

In section 139 of the Health Services Act 1988 —

        (a)     in subsection (1), for "mental health service providers" substitute "mental health and wellbeing service providers";

        (b)     in subsection (2)(a), for "mental health service provider" substitute "mental health and wellbeing service provider";

        (c)     in subsection (2)(a), for "mental health service providers" substitute "mental health and wellbeing service providers";

        (d)     in subsection (2)(b), for "mental health service providers" substitute "mental health and wellbeing service providers";

        (e)     in subsection (2A), for the definition of mental health service provider substitute —

" mental health and wellbeing service provider has the same meaning as in section 3(1) of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 ;".
