Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA person who held a licence immediately before the commencement of section 26(2) of the Mineral Resources Development (Sustainable Development) Act 2006 is not required to provide a community engagement plan in accordance with section 40(3)(b)(ii) as part of the work plan for that licence if the person before that commencement had lodged a work plan under section 40 and the work plan had not been approved.
Note
A licensee who is not required under section 135 to provide a community engagement plan under section 40 as part of the initial work plan may be required to provide a community engagement plan when the work plan is subsequently varied or the licence is renewed.
