MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 84AG

Board of Rehabilitation Authority

    (1)     The Rehabilitation Authority is to have a governing body called a Board.

    (2)     The Board is responsible for the management of the affairs of the Rehabilitation Authority.

    (3)     The Board consists of—

        (a)     a chairperson; and

        (b)     a deputy chairperson; and

        (c)     a member; and

        (d)     up to 3 other members.
