Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, must appoint one of the members of the Board to be the deputy chairperson of the Board.
(2) The deputy chairperson may resign that office by notice in writing signed by the deputy chairperson and delivered to the Minister.
