MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 84AM

In performing a function or exercising a power under this Part the Rehabilitation Authority must have regard to—

S. 84AM(a) amended by No. 32/2019 s. 17(3).

        (a)     the objective of the Rehabilitation Authority; and

        (b)     the regional rehabilitation strategy; and

S. 84AM(c) amended by No. 32/2019 s. 17(4).

        (c)     the regulatory framework; and

S. 84AM(d) inserted by No. 32/2019 s. 17(5).

        (d)     any Ministerial direction.
