MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 - SECT 163

In this Part—

S. 163 def. of disciplinary notice amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch.  1 item 7.42).

"disciplinary notice" means a notice served by Safe Transport Victoria under section 167;

"permission" does not include registration of a vessel;

"permission record" means the written document recording the kind of permission a person holds under this Act.
