Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may authorise an inspector appointed under the Gas Safety Act 1997 or any other person to carry out inspections for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Minister must not authorise a person under this section unless the Minister is satisfied that the person is appropriately qualified or has successfully completed appropriate training.
