Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister must give each authorised person an identity card that identifies the person by name as an inspector under this Act and that contains a photograph of the person.
(2) If a person's authorisation as an inspector is revoked or expires, he or she must immediately return his or her identity card to the Minister.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
