PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 109

Despite anything to the contrary in any other Act (other than the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 ) or law, the Information Commissioner may make copies of, or take extracts from, any data or document accessed under section 106, 107 or 108.
