PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 113

    (1)     The Information Commissioner may disclose any information obtained or received in the course or as a result of the exercise of the functions of the Information Commissioner under this Act, if it is information relevant to the performance of functions or duties by the IBAC.

    (2)     The Information Commissioner must notify the relevant public sector body Head of any disclosure made under subsection (1).
