PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 68

Information Commissioner may issue notice to produce or attend

If the Information Commissioner has reason to believe that a person has information or a document relevant to a conciliation under this Subdivision, the Information Commissioner may serve a notice to produce or attend on the person, in accordance with Division 10.
