This Part applies to—

S. 91(a) substituted by No. 60/2014 s. 132.

        (a)     Victoria Police; and

        (b)     the Chief Statistician; and

        (c)     an employee or consultant employed or engaged under section 6 of the Crime Statistics Act 2014 .
