PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES (COMMONWEALTH POWERS) ACT 2009 - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Sections 6(2), 6(3) and 6(4) come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
