ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 190

    (1)     Except where expressly provided in this Part, nothing in this Part affects any power that a court, a tribunal, the Secretary or an authorised officer or police officer has apart from this Part.

    (2)     Without limiting subsection (1), nothing in this Part affects a power or obligation under this Act or another law to vary, suspend, cancel or otherwise deal with any driver licence or registration.
