Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A term of any contract or agreement that purports to exclude, limit or modify the operation of this Part or of any provision of this Part is void to the extent that it would otherwise have that effect.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a term of a
contract to the extent that it purports to impose a requirement on a person
that is more onerous than the relevant requirement imposed by this Part.
