ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 191B

For the purposes of this Act the following provisions of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria) apply to the fatigue management of the driver of a light bus—

S. 191B(1)(b) amended by No. 45/2015 s. 5(4).

        (b)     sections 622, 623, 653(1)(g) and (h), 654, 725, 726 and 740.
