An Act to prohibit the Unauthorized Use or Possession of Membership Badges issued by the Returned Sailors' Soldiers' and Airmen's Imperial League of Australia, Victorian Branch.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Victoria in this present Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows (that is to say):

The Returned Servicemen's Badges Act 1956 was assented to on 22 May 1956 and came into operation on 22 May 1956.
