Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the owner of premises has disposed of personal documents in accordance with section 381, the owner of premises may apply to the Tribunal for compensation for the costs of removal, taking reasonable care of the documents and notification in relation to those documents.

(2) An application under this section must be made within 6 months after the date of termination of the residential rental agreement, residency right or site agreement.
