(1) The purpose of this Division is to provide for the rights of entry of an SDA provider and their agent to an SDA dwelling provided by the SDA provider.

(2) This Division does not affect the exercise of a right of entry conferred on any of the following by or under this Act or another Act in respect of an SDA dwelling—
(a) the Public Advocate;
(b) a community visitor;
(c) the Senior Practitioner;
(d) the NDIA;
