SENTENCING ACT 1991 - SECT 108A

In this Part—

"Board" means board of directors of the Council;

"chairperson" means chairperson of the Board;

"Council" means Sentencing Advisory Council established under section 108B;

"director" means chairperson or other director of the Council;

"guideline judgment" has the same meaning as in Part 2AA.
