STATE BANK (SUCCESSION OF COMMONWEALTH BANK) ACT 1990 - SECT 25

        A guarantee, indemnity or other support—

        (a)     under this Part; or

        (b)     that continues by reason of this Part; or

        (c)     under the Agreement—

        may be enforced under Part II of the Crown Proceedings Act 1958 .
