Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Any sums required by the Treasurer in fulfilling any liability arising under a guarantee, indemnity, other support, arrangement, deed or agreement under or referred to in section 22, 23 or 25 shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.
(2) Any sums received or recovered by the Treasurer from the Commonwealth Bank or otherwise in respect of sums paid by the Treasurer under a guarantee, indemnity, other support, arrangement, deed or agreement shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
