VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 1998 - SECT 90
What happens if mediation is successful?
If the parties agree to settle a proceeding or any part of it as a result of
mediation, the mediator must notify the principal registrar that the parties
have agreed to settle.
