VICTORIAN INSPECTORATE ACT 2011 - SECT 100

Power to bring proceedings

Proceedings for an offence under this Act or the regulations may be brought by—

        (a)     the Victorian Inspectorate;

        (b)     a Victorian Inspectorate Officer authorised by the Inspector;

        (c)     a police officer authorised by the Inspector.
