Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe validity of any notice, order or other document given or made under this Act, other than under Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 2 and Part 6, or of the service of the notice, order or other document is not affected by any error, misdescription or irregularity which in the opinion of a court is not likely to mislead or which in fact does not mislead.
