WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 220

    (1)     In this Part—

"conditions determination" means a determination of an Authority under section 227;

S. 220(1) def. of delivery determination amended by No. 48/2021 s. 59.

"delivery determination" means a determination of an Authority under section 223 and, where the case so requires, means such a determination as amended or varied under section 224, 225 or 226;

S. 220(1) def. of serviced property amended by No. 23/2019 s. 82.

"serviced property" means a property in respect of which a declaration under section 144(1)(c)(i) of the Act has been made by the Authority in whose irrigation district the property is situated.

    (2)     This Part applies to an Authority that has an irrigation district.
