Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The following paragraphs apply to the long‑term water resources assessment commenced but not completed before the commencement day—
(a) subject to paragraph (b), on and from the commencement day the Minister must complete that long‑term water resources assessment as if that long‑term water resources assessment were being made under this Act as amended by the Water and Catchment Legislation Amendment Act 2019 ; and
(b) on and from the commencement day any part of that long‑term water resources assessment relating to northern water resources is omitted.
(2) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day on which section 14 of the Water and Catchment Legislation Amendment Act 2019 comes into operation.
